PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Before Use: remove all food, food products, packaging materials or adequately protect. Prior to food processing operations all surfaces should be given a thorough rinse with potable water.

DIRECTIONS

Heavy Sollage: 1%-3% solution (1 to 3 litres per 100 litre water).
General cleaning: Sentry is recommended to be used at 150 mls per 10 litres of water. Remove food items. Pre-rinse surfaces. After cleaning surfaces should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water.
Dairy Weekly Cleaning: Before milking : flush 10 litres of cold water through each set of cups. After milking: flush 10 litres of cold water through each set of cups. Reverse flow washing or cups is preferred. Hot water wash (80C min) with Sentry at 15ml per 10 litres of water. Completely flood plant and fill receiving can to half full. Circulate to 15 minutes (final temperature should not be below 65C). Rinse.
Vat Cleaning: Rinse vat well with cold water. Hot water rinse to preheat vessel .Hot water wash (80C min)with Sentry at 15ml per 10 litres. Final wash temperature after 15 min circulation should be above 50C. Drain completely. Rinse thoroughly.
For all dairy cleaning using this product- Drain plant completely (air purge may be used). Rinse at the end of cleaning and then rinse plant thoroughly just before use. Rinse should reach all interior surfaces of plant and water quality of final rinse is critical for good results.This product (used at least weekly) is one part of a comprehensive program – for daily acid wash of whole plant – use Process (high Foam) or ProcessULF (low foam) by Arnold Products.

Ingestion: drink 1-2 glasses of water. Seek medical advice. Do not Induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing patient.
Skin Contact: rinse with cold water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact: flush with cold water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Inhalation: remove from further exposure. Seek medical advice if discomfort continues.
Spillage: contain spillage with absorbent and dispose in accordance with local regulations.
